Shipping Times
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners and warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and China.

Duties & Taxes (DDP)
All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are included and you should not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.
Note: While DDP covers duties and taxes, delivery timelines can still be affected by factors outside our control (for example: customs processing times, carrier delays, weather events, peak seasons, or local service disruptions).

Processing Time
Each order goes through a manual processing phase to securely transmit your order and shipping details to our logistics partners.
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days before your package is handed over to the courier.

Couriers
We work with trusted couriers depending on destination and service availability, including:

  • YUN Express for many international shipments
  • USPS for domestic (USA) deliveries
  • UBI Smart Parcel for certain shipments within Asia

Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch date)
Estimated delivery times start from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

  • USA: Standard Delivery 7–14 business days
  • UK: Standard Delivery 7–14 business days
  • EU: Standard Delivery 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: Standard Delivery 7–14 business days

Shipping Information

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking link once your order ships. In some cases, tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Edit or Cancel Orders
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@themodprojects.com with the subject line: “Change Order” or “Cancel Order”.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once fulfillment has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Late, Missing, or Lost Orders
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. TMP ENTERPRISES LIMITED is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for delivery instructions requesting release to neighbors or alternative locations. 
If you believe your parcel is delayed, missing, or lost, please contact us in writing at support@themodprojects.com and we will assist you.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?
In rare cases, an order may be automatically cancelled if it is flagged by our fraud prevention system. If you believe this was a mistake:

  • please confirm your billing address matches the address associated with your payment method and try again, or
  • place your order using PayPal (you can sign up easily if you don’t have an account).

Pricing updates due to tariffs
From time to time, changes in tariffs or import regulations may affect our costs for certain destinations. When this happens, we may update product prices on the Site accordingly. This does not change the price of orders that have already been placed and paid.
