We’ll guide you step-by-step, average resolution time is 5–7 business days from approval (depending on carrier transit and inspection times).

90-Day Risk-Free Trial
We offer a 90-day risk-free trial. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and with all original packaging, included accessories, and proof of purchase.
Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear, misuse, damage caused by the customer, missing parts/accessories, or missing original packaging.

Final sale / clearance items (where clearly stated on the product page) are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at support@themodprojects.com with:

• your order number,
• the item(s) you want to return,
• and the reason for the return (for support purposes).

If your return is approved, we will send you:

• return instructions,
• and the correct return address (we operate return warehouses in the USA and Europe, and we will assign the appropriate location).

Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or our shipping/fulfillment error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an equivalent solution at no additional cost.

Option to Keep the Product (Partial Refund)
In some cases, if returning the item is not practical, we may offer a partial refund or another mutually agreed solution, allowing you to keep the product.
Any such agreement is handled case-by-case and confirmed in writing via email.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union, UK, and EEA, Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If your order is delivered to the European Union, the UK, or the EEA, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and eligibility conditions (for example, the product must be returned in the same condition as received).
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless required otherwise by applicable law.
